SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Attention Family: All our items are made to order. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
Shipping and Transit times begin after order is processed.
Priority and Overnight Orders are processed same day if received by shipping cut-off time of 2pm.
Orders may be delayed due to the ongoing Covid19 Pandemic and are beyond our control.
FedEx 2-day shipping doesn't include weekends.

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees.
Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: A shipment that is refused for any reason, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.
We do not refund original shipping charges for orders that are refused for delivery at customs.
Faith Love Africa is not responsible for any packages lost in transit once an order has left our location. If there is an issue where a package is lost, stolen, or delayed, we will contact the carrier and file a claim. If the claim is denied and the package can not be recovered, we will not replace or refund any lost or stolen packages.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with Faith Love Africa purchase. Items in new condition (unworn/unwashed) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

- Once the return is approved to ship, customers are responsible for return shipping.
- Once your return is received and approved, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or we will issue your refund.
- If the return is denied your original item will be shipped back to you.
